Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Pocket Irrigator account and personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to hello@pocketirrigator.com from the email on your account.
• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
• Include your company name (if any) and any context that helps us locate your account.

What happens next

• We’ll confirm we received your request within a few business days.
• We’ll verify ownership of the account and schedule deletion.
• We’ll remove personal data from active systems and start deletion from backups on their normal cycle.

If you’re part of a company account, we may coordinate with the account owner to avoid accidental loss of shared business records.
